Hello all I have just noticed i have two white horizontal lines going across the screen of my display I have done a soft reset and well as a factory reset and the lines are still there could this be a software issue?

Sorry for the late response but,no its never been bumped or dropped ,yes it still works as intended,I have the 7in nest hub 2nd generation
