My mother’s Google nest hub is only displaying a white backlit screen.
I have tried a reboot and a factory reset multiple times and it always returns to a white screen.
I have taken it to my home and set it up on my network and account and no change in behaviour.
The screen works - at startup and during the many times I have reset it shows the google logo and other messages before ending on the white screen. I can get it to display the volume control at any time. From what I can see there is no issue with the LED screen
The hub seems to work. - I can cast music on it. I can “hey google play music” and it will. I can cast YouTube video and get sound but not images.
So I’m concluding this is perhaps a firmware issue and I would appreciate some help. Thank you
