Why does my Google Home turn off?

I listen to Pandora a lot and I'll ask Google to play one of my favorite artists, it may play 3 r 3 songs and go off and other times it will stay on for 1 hour, 2 hours, etc. You just never know. Why is it doing this?

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have; let me help you out. A few things: Which Nest speakers are we working on? When did your issue begin? Are you still using the original power cord? Are you using a surge protector?

If you are using a surge protector, try to plug it directly into a wall outlet. If you have another same-model Nest speaker, try to switch power cords and observe if it makes a difference.
