Why my Nest Hub doesn’t response to my voice comment

I can only make voice comments on my iPhone not the Nest Hub

Thanks for reaching out. The Google Assistant is a helpful feature so I understand your concern. I would be more than happy to help look into this issue and find a solution. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding.

  • Which Google Nest Hub do you have? (model name, generation number)
  • Is this a new issue? Was your Google Assistant working before?
  • Is your microphone turned off? Please check that it is toggled on.
  • What happens when you say "Hey Google"? Does the device react at all?
  • Are you seeing or hearing any error messages?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to the Google Nest Hub itself? If so, what have you attempted so far?
