Towards the end of the set up process, I have to choose the WiFi network to connect my Nest Hub 2nd gen to. My home WiFi isn’t listed yet my neighbour’s is! My own home WiFi is running perfectly well and all devices on it are connected (even some Google nest mini speakers!) It’s plenty fast enough and the problematic nest hub is next to the router.
I’ve done all the updates and factory reset steps but nothing works. I’ve also tried manually inputting my WiFi network details but still the nest hub won’t connect to the internet.
Really stuck for ideas! any help?!
