Wont power on

We have a Google home max hub, I guess some how it got unplugged and now it won't power on. I have tried everything I have found online to get it to come on. Factory data reset, unplug and plug back in 11 times, switch to another socket, I even tried a plug from one of our other Google hubs and nothing happens.
