Hello  Liveish,

Thanks for posting here in the community forum. I understand that your Google devices have the wrong time zone, so don't worry; I would be more than happy to help.

Let’s try to follow these steps to fix this situation:

  • Open the Google Home app.
  • At the top, make sure the home name is listed. If needed, tap the name to change the home.
  • Tap Settings > Home information > Home address > Edit.

Note: Ensure to put the complete home address without abbreviations. When you change the home address, it only affects the devices in the selected home. Remember you can edit or delete this address at any time.

Let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Daniel

That is already correct and no changes

Hey  Liveish,

Thank you so much for keeping me updated. So let's explore some troubleshooting options for your device to get it working smoothly again.

  1. Perform a factory reset on the device. You can find instructions in this article: Factory Data Reset (FDR) Google Home
  2. If factory reset doesn’t work
  • Create a new home in the Google Home app.
  • Set the correct address for the new home.
  • Perform a factory reset on the device again and re-setup the device.

Please let me know if these steps are helpful.

Best regards,

Daniel
