During setup of my new Nest, it mentioned getting a free 3 month subscription to youtube music. How do I activate that?

I got the same thing - but Goolge refuses to honor it because I have apparently redeemed it before, which I don't recall. I'm currently working with their support team who is being beyond unhelpful.
