YouTube music on Google home

Hello 

Did things change back to needing a premium account for YouTube music in order to listen to uploaded music on my Google home mini? Every time I try it goes to a playlist and I can't listen to my music. I've tried multiple commands and none work. 

 

Play (artist)

Play (album)

Play (artist) on YouTube music (uploads)

Etc

Yeah it still won't play my uploaded music from YouTube music.
