Your Nest Audio was setup successfully but can't be found.

I bought my 2nd Google nest audio device today. the 1st one worked good to connect but on the 2nd one I get issue that it can't be found on the wifi and asking me to confirm that it's on the same wifi network.

I've checked the router and I see both devices there on 5 GHz. I also confirmed that the two settings were correct. client isolation - off and uPnP active.

Considering it worked fine with the first device I worked, but don't work here even after multiple factory reset what do I do

Hi dasd,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry that your 2nd Nest Audio can't connect to your Wi-Fi, even though the 1st one was successfully connected. I really appreciate the effort to troubleshoot this concern so far. I understand how frustrating this can be. Let’s work together for a solution.

For further assistance. I need to ask a few questions:

  • How long did the Nest Audio work before the connectivity situation started?
  • How was the connectivity situation discovered?
  • Did the Nest Audio give an audible error?
  • Did the Nest Audio eventually start to work again?
  • Have you experienced any network issues?
  • Have you seen any LED lights on the Nest Audio?

Please keep me posted. I’ll look forward to your response.

Regards,

Byron
