I'll get right to it. This is still an issue as of Oct 16, 2023. I've read all the other threads, which are closed so I can't respond there. I keep reading admins asking for firmwares, etc, but I think we all know that obviously an update of some kind was rolled out and messed everything up. I've factory reset, I've reset the router, I've done it all (at great inconvenience to all of us I'm guessing.)
So, rather than asking for device info, can we get an idea of when a new update will be rolled out to fix this issue. I'm sure we are all correct in knowing this occurred almost immediately after the groups functionality was updated and reinstated. Things like this don't just happen to every single user and end up being an issue with either user error or router issues.
Hoping for a resolution soon, as without it, I am not alone in knowing that all the google home devices are basically useless bricks until something is done.
