Hello I am experiencing a problem with my home mini, it keeps factory resetting after I unplug it. Are there any fixes for this problem

Sorry to hear about what happened to your Google Home Mini. A few things I'd like to ask-- when did you notice this? Are you using the original power cable for your Google Home Mini?
Let's go ahead and try to manually reset your speaker and see if this would fix the issue. Lastly. could you please provide when and where did you purchase your speaker so we can also check your warranty options.
