Yep my voice commands are getting the "Sorry I don't understand", won't pause, stop or change channel. last week was the volume controls now it's this.

Same here. I have 2 nest hubs and a speaker. Spotify Premium linked to my account. Noticed a change about 15 hours ago. Can no longer say "Hey Google, play X" to play music.

Hey all,

I am sorry to hear about the device no longer working with playing music. I would be happy to take a closer look and ensure the device is working as intended. Do you mind me asking if you have ensured the device is updated to the latest version? Have you tried restarting the device?

Please let me know, as I would be happy to review further.

Best regards,

Jake

Hi Jake - for me, it was all working perfectly the next morning.   At the time it wasn't working, using the Home app from my phone, it was having trouble accessing settings for devices and at one point an error 500 was observed.
