google nest hub

I have a 6or 8 google nest hubs for several locations.  The last 2 I purchased came in box with chinese writing and the display screen has chinese writing on it.  I do not know how to get the Chinese writing off the screen.  The hub has also spoke in Chinese.  Help

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Check the Assistant language set in the Google Home app. Choose your preferred language as the primary; do not put secondary languages yet (if there’s any). Then, reboot your Google Nest Hub by unplugging its power cord for a minute, and then plug it back in. Monitor it for a few minutes and see if the language changes. If not, perform a factory reset and then set it up again.
