Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please let me know.

Best regards,
Garrett DS

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the issues you're still having with this.

Have you double checked the wifi router as well as the network that you're on to see if that will help? If it's on the 2.4, I would suggest changing to the 5, and vice versa. Also, doing a factory reset of the device always helps as well.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,

Hi i have the same problem. I have factory reset. I have changed between 2.4 and 5 i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and i've done all this numerous times. I still get the issue We could not communicate with it from your iphone make sure you have enabled local netowrk access in your privacy settings etc - i have also turned this off an on numerous times. We even just got the device replaced with a new one and still get the same issue.

Hi BigNev,

Sorry to hear that you're having this issue as well. At this point if you have replaced the device, then it seems like the issue is with the network or router that you are trying to connect to then.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,

Garrett DS
