De speaker valt dikwijls uit. Als we dan weer een commando geven slaat hij weer aan. Na een tijdje perfect te werken gaat hij weer een tijdje

To better investigate the inconvenience, I’d like to ask the following:

 

  • What type of speaker or display device do you have? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify the model of your device.
  • How often does the problem occur?
  • What was the command or question you were trying to use?
  • How long did the device work as intended before experiencing this symptom?
  • What language are you using with Google Assistant?
  • What color is the LED status light at the back of the device? 
  • Is the device in a noisy, normal, or quiet environment?
  • Is there anything covering the device?

In the meantime, I’d suggest the following steps:

 

  • Check microphone: Ensure the speaker's microphone isn't blocked or covered.
  • Power source: Verify that the device is plugged directly into a power outlet using the provided power cord. If possible, try another power source.
  • LED response: Check if the LEDs turn on when you say the correct command within range. You should be within 3-5 feet of the device and try saying "Okay Google" or "Hey Google." If the LEDs light up, the device heard you and is ready for a command. If it still doesn't respond, try saying the hotword again, but slower.
  • Restart: Restart your Nest Mini by unplugging it, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it back in. For more information, refer to this article: Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display.

Helaas heb ik al maanden hetzelfde probleem, Alles al geprobeerd. Zo jammer.

I understand that you have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, however, before we get started with deep-dive troubleshooting steps, it is important to know the details that were requested above. Please feel free to respond with the most important information for the posted questions. 

As the last resort and if nothing works, you may consider factory resetting your Google Nest Speaker, be aware this erases all settings. Please check the following article to Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays, in case it is needed.
