Need help my hbomax won't open up it just started not opening to days ago

@aprilmatthews76, thanks for posting. I hope you've got the answer you're looking for. We also want to know if you have a Chromecast device plugged into your TV or is it a built-in Chromecast? Is this the first time that you are trying to use these apps on your TV?
