I have tried every suggestion in the help menu and none of them have worked for me and my issue, according to my device and in my Home App is that my devices are having problems with my wifi network. The app works perfectly on my phone and I can see my security cameras. I have the doorbell and two google home displays for which I am unable to set up or manage my displays. I don't understand because my phone and my desktop are connected to the same wifi network of which in the app settings displaying the same networks.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
