My home hub camera is offline in the google home app and the nest hub, while I know my device is online. I know it's only becuase the assistant works, it plays music, is showing photos etc. For some reason though the camera isn't showing. I have factory reset it mutliple times and re-set it up in google home app more than once also. I also reset my modem.

Also, i tired to manually switch the camera off and on again already just FYI.
In my home app it says the device is offline, but the photo frame is working fine and i can do video calls and other assistant type searches etc, so it's obviously online.

Based on your description, the camera appears to be working, but the Google Home app is showing it as offline. To confirm, are you referring to a standalone Nest camera or the built-in camera on a Nest Hub Max?
