Hi there,
I've recently switched from Pixel 4 XL to Pixel 6 Pro. My google home mini device is unable to detect my new device: when I use the "call my phone" command, it still rings the Pixel 4. Both phones use the same google account. I've done the factory reset on google home, and no luck.
Could you please help?
Thanks

Hi there,
Please make sure that your new phone is set up correctly on Find my device
https://www.google.com/android/find
And also that your Pixel 6 has the visibility option for 'show in menus' checked and your old phone unchecked on the Google Play store devices settings.

That worked perfectly. Thank you!

Happy to hear that you have your new phone working with the 'find my phone' command 👍
