Hoping this may help others with the kGSKErrorDomain error-83902. I had to call in professional help. Where you purchased your device is irrelevant or that it may have been purchased in another country. Mine was and I have never had any problem for years until two weeks ago. I had to uninstall and reinstall and eventually on someone else’s phone as it turned out that the language on my phone was not the same as the one on the Google device. Unsure how this happened & I never would have known where to look for that. Google should give an explanation with an error code as to what it means. My Google home just stopped working one day in response to commands and music requests. And, I believe it was related to an IOS phone update🤷♀️. Definitely ensure languages the same on your phone & Google speaker if you see this error code.. Also, you will probably need to use a tablet or borrow another phone to do the set up or reset. I wasted hours trying to sort this out and glad I paid for professional assistance.
