music not playing

hi i have a lenovo google home and when i ask it to play music it says “ok playing music “ then it doesn’t play anything …. it was working perfectly a few days ago .

Sorry to hear about your experience with your speakers. A few things I'd like to verify to help us fix this.

  • Do you have a premium account on a music provider like YouTube Music or Spotify?
  • Does the speaker acknowledged your commands when asking to play music?
  • What are the steps you tried after you experience this?

Let us know more details so we can check. Also, it would be better if you will reach out to Lenovo support so they can provide you advance troubleshooting steps regarding this.
