my light wont respond

ok so i bought this google nest mini on black friday 2 years ago (i think) and it came with a light. so yeah its been great just asking google to turn on/off the lights and adjusting them but 2 weeks ago i asked google to turn the lights off and it said something along the lines of “sorry its looks like [insert random name for a light] isnt responding” so i go to the google home app but it said its not responding. so i took out the light and put it back but it said the same thing? i dont know how to restart it either so help? 😭
