nest audio device restart everytime while playing music

google nest audio device crashes very frequently while playing music.

i tried reset the device many times. everytime i see this device crash n restart.  but problem still persists.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, so let’s get this resolved. A few things: are you still using the original power cord? Which music service are you using? Does it happen using another music service? Do you have other Nest speakers? If so, are they doing the same? 

 

Could you confirm if this is how you did the reset?

Thank you for coming back to us. A few questions: are you still using the original power cord? Which music service are you using? Does it happen using another music service? Do you have other Nest speakers? If so, are they doing the same? Also, when and where do you purchase your device?

yes everything is from originally boxed items .

and don't wish to waste money on Google nest audio anymore just to check if the second one also crashes everytime with almost every music service provider.

i have moved to alexa now.

close it.   it won't be solved without new software upgrade. which is not possible i think

issue is not resolved.  it restarts with any music provider.  i guess google engineers should learn from alexa engineers.  alexa is much much better.
