nest hub v2 keeps rebooting.

this nest hub v2, is a garbage. since i got it, [usa] it reboots 3-5x a day. it crashes often. the firmware in this device is the problem. all i get is robo form emails that you cant reply to. i will never buy another google device...

 

this forum is a joke too. you so called experts are a joke. google hardware is a joke.

I am not an expert, just another Google Nest customer that has Nest Hubs.

Perhaps first removing your Nest Hub from your Google Home app and then doing a factory reset and then adding it back to the Google Home app will help (unless your Nest Hub is simply a dud and needs to get replaced). You can do a factory reset by pressing and holding both volume buttons for about 10 seconds until the Hub says its resetting:
