nest hub v2 reboots 3-5x a day

5th time reporting. had this device for 2 months. same wifi, never unplugged. reboots at various times 3-5x a day. firmware issue not resolved. customer service is non existent. the emails i get are robo badly written, poor english replies, that you cannot reply to since it's a robo reply. never buy another google hardware again.

I wonder if you could try to file a Google Nest warranty claim using this link while logged into Google:

this is a joke. until i can directly talk to a customer service rep, and deal with this directly, your product is a dud. if i wanted a bad firmware i would buy a microsoft product. google gets no more business from me. this nest hub is a piece of junk.
