nest mini spotify playlist

hello, i just bought a nest mini. 

i returned a nest hub gen 2 which was able to play free spotify playlists.

i cannot seem to play playlists from free spotify on the nest mini.

i read some of the comments here, and there seems to be different opinions on whether i need a premium spotify account.

some said premium needed and some said to rename the playlist to a more unusual name.

If you don't have a Spotify Premium account, you'll get a station of songs inspired by the song, album, artist or personal playlist you asked for. You categorically cannot get specific songs, albums, artists or personal playlists on demand, however you can ask for music based on genre, mood or activity, or listen to the Spotify-curated playlists.
