nest saying you have one notification, but not announce it

Hello, has anyone had this problem?

my nest when there is a reminder set trow it say you have a notification but not announce the reminder. it is so ennoying

not really a helpful answer, this is just generally that I done all of them but before contact support I said it here. so it's kind of not helpful at all
