Hello Mpc-7,

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. I sense an urgency for this; let's see what's going on.

It appears that your thermostat is not holding a charge or not getting any power at all. Let's try the steps in this guide:

  • Remove the thermostat display from its base.
  • Connect it to a micro USB cable and charge it for an hour.
  • After an hour of charging, put it back to its base and check for any wiring reports or message codes.

Please let me know if that helps, or if the issue still persists.

Regards,

Mark

Hi there,

I'm checking back in. Were you able to do the steps above? I'd be glad to hear from you — I'd like to make sure everything is working.

Thanks,

Mark
