I'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing the problem with the Calendar events not appearing.

To solve the issue can you make sure:

1. Ensure the events are added to the calendar events.
2. Ensure the correct calendar is selected in the home app to what calendar you want to be displayed where the events are being created.
3. Try giving a voice command to the Hub to see if it shows your event on the calendar.

Thank you for sharing this information with us. I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue with the calendar on your Google Nest display. Here i'm leaving some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue with your alerts:

Make sure Personal results is turned on. This is required to get calendar information. Below you'll find the steps to turn it on:

Please check that your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the speaker or display.

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap the account (the icon with your initial or profile picture).

Verify the Google Account on screen is the one linked to the speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap the down arrow icon > choose another account or Add another account:

1. Tap Close to close the account window.
2. Tap Settings > Google Assistant > Personal results.
3. Follow the in-app steps.

After you turned it on please follow the next steps:

1. Make sure the Google Home app Google Home app is up to date.
2. Force close and re-open the Google Home app, then wait for 30 seconds.
3. Tap Settings  and then Google Assistant  and then Manage all Assistant settings and then Calendar.
