polaroid sam sc-950 not working

Hello, 

 

I would like to ask for a help. Speaker polaroid sam sc-950 stopped working since this September. 

I tried to add it to my Google Home, and even when everything success and see the speaker on my list. I cant use it with Google assistant or Spotify. 

 

The communicatins fails, or it responses to any command:

Please log in to the Google Home app.

 

 

Factory reset of speaker didnt help, same for adding decide to another home.

The weirdest is, in July it was working okey.

 

Could you please help me?
