Hub max won’t connect to internet

Ok,  some assistance please. 

My google hub max stopped connecting to the internet.  

before you ask the obvious,  i have rebooted and reset the device several times.   From a new hours to a few days before restarts.      The router is fine, modem is fine.   It worked perfectly before and did not change the settings.   

i cannot get it to connect from all the things i have tried.    It just suddenly started acting this way. 

i  have rebooted snd reset the device several times over the past 3 days and no change.  

i have had this device for about 3 years.  Have had no issues prior to this malfunction.   

im very familiar with computers and routers.  Nothing is wrong with them.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem with your Nest Hub Max that is disconnecting from the WiFi. But don't worry; I can help. I just need to confirm some information to better diagnose the situation.
 

  • Did you try to reboot your router by unplugging it from the power source for 2 minutes?
  • When did the issue start?


Could you please provide the next information?

  • The device firmware version
  • The device model and serial number
  • The make and model of the customer’s router
  • The last activity the speaker did before it started to disconnect
