"Play music": first song gets played again

When I ask any of my Google devices to "Play Music",  the first song played gets played again in third position. 

- "Hey Google, play music" (connected to Youtube Music Premium) 

- Plays song A

- Plays song B

- Plays song A again

This issue has been occurring for the approximately the last two months, and happens consistently.
Any advice on how to stop this?
