What specific Google Home/Nest device do you have? Are your devices linked on the same account? How many accounts are linked? Also, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've done so far?
Please reboot your device by disconnecting it from the power source and leave it unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, check if you devices will have the same behavior.
