slow and doesn't understand commands

It's now a fact: Google Home has become slow for a few months, it no longer understands basic commands and executes them even 10/15 seconds later (not always)
I don't know what happened but I get a lot of errors mmh, that is, one mini executes the command, another gives me an error mmh; it almost seems like the system is slowed down via software.
To solve the problem, I mounted two Alexas, which go like rockets.
I have a setup with 5 Minis, which, until recently, worked great.

Has anyone noticed this slowdown??

I have the same problem, they either do not react, are slow, or do not understand basic commands. It is very frustrating as I replaced my Alexas with Nests because I've had a great experience with my Pixel phones for years, and now I'm starting to regret it.

Hello folks,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Let's sort things out by answering these questions:

  • When did you first notice these changes?
  • How far are your Google Nest speakers from your router?
  • Does it happen on all of the commands you try on?

Let's start first performing a complete reset to your Google Nest speakers. As soon as it is done, set it up again and let's see if this would make any changes to its behavior. Unplugging your router for a few minutes might also help.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Princess
