Nest hub 2nd gen cant recognize the status of the sonoff th16 and cant preview the temperature (continues loading and after a while it shows error)

A few questions: was it working before? What's the message you're getting on the Google Home app when trying to control your Sonoff device? Did you successfully link it to your Google Nest Hub? Also, what app are you using in controlling your Sonoff devices?

I have successfully paired the sonoff device. when i use the ewelink app i can control the switch and i can see the temperature. when i use my mobile google home can control the device but it hasnt provision to show the temperature. everything good so far. when i use my nest hub gen2 i can control the switch. when i ask for the temperature every time it responds that the switch is off (even if the switch is on) and it cant show the temperature on the screen.
is there anything can be done?

Hello there,
Thanks for providing that details. Could you try rebooting your Nest Hub, Sonoff switch and router to refresh the connection? Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router. Also, please check if you can change the device type of your Sonoff switch on the Google Home app.

i have rebooted all devices and router, all devices are inside the wifi range. I tried also the different device type and nothing works.
do you know if it might be a firmware bug?

We haven't received any reports but let me check this with our team. Could you provide us the make and model of your Sonoff switch and the device connected to the switch? Also, what's the cast firmware and software version of your Nest Hub?

The nest software version is 47,9,4,447810048
The chromecast firmware version is 1,56,309385
