Hi. I plugged in the Chromecast 4K to my Samsung TV today, and now I can't access my Bell TV channels. When I go to the original "source" selection I used to choose on the remote for Bell television, all I get is a blue screen that says "Arris" that I can't get rid of. I'm baffled. I assumed that I could watch Bell TV channels then switch to Chromecast when I want YouTube on my television, but I can't figure out what went wrong that my regular television channels are now gone. Can anyone make a suggestion? Thanks.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: are you using a TV box? Is “Arris” the make of your TV box? Have you already tried to troubleshoot it?
