Cannot sign in to Chromecast on a new TV because the TV "was associated with another google account"

I bought a refurbished Sony TV  Bravia, and tried to set up Chromecast via my android mobile. Unfortunately, I got an error that the TV  was associated with another account. Could you please provide the steps what can I do to configure the Chromecast?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We’re sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. I suggest you do a full clean-up by performing a factory reset and setting it up from scratch to remove any corrupted files or data. Let us know how it goes.
