As of today, Good Home App and also laptop with Chrome cannot cast or find Chrome cast. Nothing has changed as far as I know, all devices are on the same 5g network. I have done restarts on all devices as well as a factory re-set and all the other troubleshooting steps I can find in the forum posts.
After factory re-set. I go through the steps to setup a new device, I get a bar code on the tv, so far so good, then scan the code, but the app says it can't find the device are trying for 45 seconds or so.
Please help!

Sometimes these networking issues can be pretty frustrating to deal with, so I'd be happy to help you look into this! The first thing I would do is follow the steps listed in this article. If you attempt those steps, and the problem persists, go ahead and follow the steps in this article as well.
