I needed to change my Wi-Fi and had to reset my device sand now I can’t pass the region part of set up

What type of Chromecast device do you have? Please unplug your device and plug it into a different HDMI port on your TV. Rebooting your Wi-Fi router might also help.

thank you I unplugged the chroma at firm the hdmi, pulled the plug, reconnect and it’s now working.
