I experience an issue, where there is a popping sound, and then the audio output from my TV disappears.
The popping sound also comes when turning on and off my TV.
I just have my TV with the Chromecast 4K plugged in, and no other devices in the setup.
I am unsure where the problem arises from, as I just experienced it again, and it seems that the problem persists, when just using my TVs smart-TV capabilities.
However, when I unplug my Chromecast, and wait some time, sound works again.
My TV is a Samsung TU55CU7095, and the format for digital audio output is set to "PCM" (instead of Auto), and the TVs setting for HDMI-eARC is disabled.
The Chromecast is running Android TV OS version 12.
Hope you can help me

Hi LjEntekker,
Thank you for contacting our support community! I sincerely apologize for the audio issues you're experiencing with your Chromecast 4K on your Samsung TV, and I appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot them. I'm glad to assist you.
I've reviewed the information you provided, and I have a few more questions to help me better understand the situation.
Is the Chromecast 4K connected directly to the TV?
Is there a soundbar or AV receiver connected to the TV?
Are there other devices connected to the soundbar or AV receiver?
Is the cable that you're using like this HDMI certified 2.1 cable?
Please feel free to share any additional details you think might be relevant.
Best regards,
Eduardo
