Chromecast Loading Error - Multiple Devices

I have a Chromecast loading error on multiple devices.   I have tried all the posted solutions.    

Restart
Clear Cache
Wifi Reboot

None of these corrected the issue.

I created a new google account to test and the issue went away.    How do I fix my gmail account so it does not make the error occur on these 3 chromecast devices?
