Respected Google community,
I have "Chromecast With Google TV device"
Model : GZRNL
Recently my device is not functioning properly, whenever I start device it stucks on "G" logo boot screen.
I have tried soft reset many times from remote and from device button but it doesn't working.
So I want to do a factory reset from device "recovery mode" But I don't know how to open recovery mode of this device. If anyone know how access recovery mode of this device please guide.

That's no good to hear that your device is stuck on the G logo screen. If you're unable to factory reset using these methods, you would need to speak with Chromecast Support. To have support contact you via email, please fill out this form.

I am from Pakistan
I have not find solution in filling google forms.
My device warranty is expired thus it cannot be replaced.
Only I can request to google technical staff that please provide instructions, that how to boot this device in recovery mode, so we can "factory default" this device from recovery mode.

I'm sorry to say, but there isn't a way for users to enter any recovery mode. If you are unable to factory reset the Chromecast, you really would need to speak with Chromecast Support. If you would like, you can speak with Chromecast Support via phone or online chat using this link.
