I bought a new Chromecast a few months ago and suddenly it constantly would restart. I factory reset the device and now the behavior continues, even during the setup. I have also tried plugging into different outlets, keeping unplugged for over 5 minutes, etc, and tried everything that was suggested to a similar post. I am really frustrated as the device is so new and appears to have bricked itself.
