Chromecast does not recognize my location

I have a recent Chromecast with Google Tv.

I recently moved from Vietnam to New Zealand. When I try to download New Zealand specific apps - TVNZ+, for example - I get a message stating 'this item isn't available in your country'.

I have already changed my address in the 'Google Home' app, and have waited 48 hours for the changes to be implemented - but still no luck.

I have not previously changed my home address in Google Home in the last two years 

I would be grateful for any feedback about this frustrating issue

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. This message usually is related to the region/country specified on your Google Play services. You may need to check if it’s set to New Zealand. Check out this link for more information.
