A few questions: what's the LED status on your Chromecast with Google TV (4K)? When did the issue start? What can you see on your TV screen? Please reboot your Chromecast with Google TV (4K). Plugging it on a different HDMI port on your TV or different TV screen might also help.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on your device. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
