Chromecast setup

Hi, i’ve just bought chromecast 3 and I wanted to set it up. I plugged it in the correct way but I can see only the “chromecast…” at the start and then dots forming to Google logo and then it’s dark. And this happens every idk like 3 minutes. I also can’t find the device on Google home app. I’ve restarted TV, chromecast, mobile and everything but nothing works. It is still the dots forming to Google logo, then dark and after 3 minutes all over again. Is my device broken or what should i do? Thank you in advance!
