Chromecast stopped working and gets stuck on the "G" when I plug it in

My Chromecast 4K stopped working a couple of months back. I have submitted the form to google various times and I never got a reply. I still have warranty. I really don't know what to do now. Would anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. If you’ve already tried it on a different TV and attempted a factory reset, yet it still persists, it would be best to contact the support team. Choose Chromecast from the product list, and once you’ve filled out the form, you can choose chat or a callback from the team. Let me know if you still have questions.
