Chromecast storage bug

I bought new Chromecast a week back. I have only 2 apps (YouTube and amazon prime) installed and whenever i try to install another app, it say my memory is full and i need to delete existing app. I have 2.8 gb available and tried clearing cache but the issue remains. Any solution to this problem?

I also had this some time ago hile updating chromecast app.  

Try it later after device was idle.

Tried updating, restarted, cleared cache but none of these steps solved the issue.

Vishnus, thanks for being a step ahead of us and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast with Google TV. If the issue persists, please perform a factory reset on your device then check if the same issue will persist.
