Chromecast w/ google tv Disney plus issue

Hi I have 3 google chromecast w/ google tv. 2 of them are 4k and one is hd.

Last night I was going to subscribe disney plus plan so I ran Disney plus app on chromecast but it didn’t work. After i selected privacy settings it went to black screen. All 3 of them have same issues. Netflix and prime video both work fine.

These are what I tried, and of course chromecasts are running latest version.

1. Uninstalled and reinstalled disney app

2. cleared data and cache 

3. Some reddit posts mentioned about sound settings so I changed it to no surround 

4. Changed privacy settings on Disney plus. Accept all, reject all, and modify settings 

5. unplugged chromecast for a while and rebooted 

 

Unfortunately none of them worked. 
Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that Disney+ isn't working for you, while Netflix and Prime Video seem to be functioning properly.

Since you've already tried some troubleshooting steps, it may be an issue specific to the Disney+ app. I recommend contacting Disney+ support directly. They'll be able to diagnose the problem and provide specific solutions.
